I like the colors and its clean and simple, the only thing I don't like is the 2 power symbols for the Os. In my eyes and possibly slightly perverted mind it looks kind of funny. :D

I would think that the logo would be forgettable and despite the fact I have a power button in my logo I feel it is over used. My best advice would be to use a 48 hr logo or similar service.

I plan on doing so, it's just not in my budget right now. A power button was just obviously the easiest thing to make. Like I said in my original post i just wanted something to 'make do' for now.

I think that it's more expensive to change your logo down the line. I wish I would have had the logo made professionally the first time for my business. I could have saved a bit of money from all the marketing materials I bought.

But that's just me.

yeah, I don't plan on buying alot of stuff with my logo on it, i mainly needed something for just some business forms and cards but thats really it. I will get it put up on 99designs or 48hour logo before I get shirts/graphics order more forms anything else, I just needed something temporally for letterhead/flyers and dba.

Personally I think the flyer is too busy. You need to have a few visual graphics, but don't overload the eyes with it. I think that it is an excellent start and love the last logo. Good colors, clean lines, and pleasant to look at. Just dont get too carried away with your graphics and icons. Instead of large icons, maybe reduce the size and put more information in a smaller text underneath them explaining how the services would benefit them.
