Well, my first impression is that you're a one-man-show ... I wish I could tell you why, but I can't! Secondly, that logo isn't going to look great in black and white, which is how it will often be portrayed. Third, the resolution of that picture is very low ... is there a version with no jagged lines?

yeah you do need to smooth the edges off! nice idea but you need to sort out the jagged lines like the above said.

haha if that was ms paint then that would be perfect! hehe but the design is good. just needs smoothing out.

Not too bad if ailiased properly for a black background. You might want to consider a version laid out differently, maybe with the symbol to the left?
Good point on the black and white, I'm guessing that the blue and grey will look almost exactly the same once desaturated.
