My contract was up in November for Logmein Rescue and I called in to negotiate, I got $60 off for the 2nd for the next year. Nice.

I love this program, witih the 2nd seat and all the tools, it really have been a lifesaver doing remote work.

TeamViewer is awesome, but I can't afford it just yet.

I have heard Bomgar is great too, a larger initial investment but long term lower costs. ACRBO also gives a discount.

Decided to bite the bullet, just buying a licence of Teamviewer as I type. Things got a bit busy and a remote connection will help. Got a problem with the ACRBO discount code though which doesn't seem to work, Teamviewer are looking into it.

I have used logmeinrescue for several years... I am currently in a trial of simplehelp, but it isnt nearly as fast. I haven't found anything that compares to rescue yet.
