Licenses via D & H

D&H isn't too clear about the process of ordering license keys. I found a listing of Kaspersky product license keys. I can add them to my cart, but I am not sure if they will email me the key, or if I will have to wait for it to come in the mail. They are key only, but I have to select shipping options, which got me wondering.

Anyone order keys from d&h?

I have never done it, but I think they would just waive the fees before invoicing you.

Contact your account manager, you should get a response within a few minutes.

Most licensing is electronic delivery. No shipping involved unless they send you the media and even that is more often downloaded than not.

Also, you have to email licensingdesk@dandh.com. Tell them who you are and what you want. I don't think volume licensing can be ordered via the cart.

I didn't complete the order yet. I can add the items to the cart, but I haven't tried to process so I don't know if that works or not. I assumed I would get an email with the codes, however, I wanted to be sure of the process before I ordered.

been a customer of D&H for about 7 years now. If you are buying a license or something else like extended warranty coverage nothing is shipped and you are not charged shipping charges unless your order is under there minimum which for me at least is $250.00



You should have a dedicated rep that you can call or email directly for answers to any questions and he or she would be emailing you the codes / information, thanks
