Laptop Motherboard Repair (Fuse Replacement)

Hello fellow technibblers! I do apologize for not checking in for such a long time but my home and office was flooded back in June of last year and we are still recovering, which is why I am looking for someone with enough experience to perform a board level repair for me, because I lost about all of my soldering equipment in the flood.

I have a pain in the rear Sony Vaio that I did a motherboard replacement in back in October and was going to perform a screen repacement in it this month only to find out that either a shorted LVDS cable or screen probably blew the fuse (backlight fuse) on the motherboard on two replacement motherboards, which I need to have the fuses replaced in. Personally, I recommended the customer to purchase a new laptop from the get go but he is persistent on keeping this one. If anyone has the expertise and equipment, as I have not had the chance to repurchase the equipment, please give me a shout. I have included a picture of the fuse that needs to be replaced, which is F15.
