Kingsoft recently launched the latest Kingsoft Office 2012 Office Suite which includes Kingsoft Writer, Kingsoft Spreadsheets and Kingsoft Presentation. Kingsoft Office 2012 is highly compatible with Microsoft Office and can view and handle all documents created by Microsoft Office. Furthermore, Microsoft Office can view and edit all Kingsoft documents

Hmmm. Is it a repackage of OpenOffice or original? Apart from a smaller initial download, any known differences?

wonder how long its going to be free, i might try this as my go to standard for an free office suite however openoffice and libreoffice have a proven record
