Jump/Flash Drives

I have a jump drive that is 128MB and I like it a lot becasue it is so usefull and so small. I plan to get a 2 GB one soon but I want to find which one I want first.
Does anyone else have a jump drive and what do you think about it?

I have a few of them, a 128MB, a 256Mb and a 1Gig. The 128mb typically moves small files around my household. The 256MB is currently my workhorse which I take to computer repairs. The 1 Gigger I havent really had a chance to use. I love them all though.

When buying larger ones such as 2Giggers, watch out for fake ones. Some are 64mb jump drives which are rebranded as larger amounts. They even trick your computer to think that they are the larger size. However you can only ever store 64mb on it (for obvious reasons). Avoid places like Ebay when purchasing them.

The one that i have is a 256MB ScanDisk and I like it a lot becasue I can use it to bring files to friends house and to back things too. I have gotten my money out of it.

I got a 128 and a 512 flash drive.
The 128 is small and useless.
The 512 is nice.
I put portable applications on it and I love them.

USB Flash Drive

I recently bought a 4 gig Supertalent Flash Drive they have Lifetime Warranty on there Flash Drives. I use the PortableApps on it have my Firefox and all my bookmarks, Thunderbird with all my Email addresses, Sunbird Calander for seting up appointments on thew go, then I have Clamwin antivirus along with 7-Zip portable. Oh and not to forget OpenOffice Portable. Then I have another folder with all types of Antivirus and cleaning utilities on that all total about 2 gig of tools comes in handy while I am out on the road can plug it into any PC and check my Email

I have a 4gb Supertalent drive and a 1 gb sandisk micro cruser drives. The 4gb really comes in handy. I like the design of the sandisk cruser drives with the usb connector that slides out of the drive. Only problem I have come across is with the 1gb sandisk drive, it is an older drive, the newer drives with a higher firmware version supports vista just not mine.I like the drive with the U3 software though, comes in very handy.

I use a 4GB Sandisk Cruzer Micro. I got it for $40 at Radio Shack. I don't leave home without it.

I have a 128 MB and a 1 GB corsair voyager. I love it and getting a 4 GB voyager soon.

@ Greg: I heard the 16 GB voyager doesn't have any reinforcement behind the rubber. Is this true or does it seem pretty sturdy?

It seems pretty sturdy to me. I haven't noticed any weakness in its design. I carry it with me everywhere.

Very cool. I love the rubber coating the voyager has. Mine has taken a beating by my nieces and nephews but has always come out working just fine. i would recommend the voyager to anyone.

I have a 2gig sandisk cruzer titanium (with built in u3 technology) which i purchased from togerdirect on sale, suposibily it can uphold 2500lbs of crushing and not break (i dont plan on trying but yeah lol) it's great so far and it has a 5 year warrenty by sandisk, works great for my tech jobs

Yeah i have an 8GB budget made in china style. Work great. I will upgrade to the corsair voyager soon though. Might stick with the 8GB purely for the speed. Na im just a tight ass
