[REQUEST] Intel vs AMD Drivers

Do Intel CPUs and mobos tend to have better, more stable drivers than AMD's ?

I want my next gaming PC to have parts that I can rely on.

They're all so much more stable than they used to be I wouldn't worry about it too much. I still use a rule however, if I'm putting together an AMD motherboard I'll also use AMD graphics. Otherwise anything goes.

in my opinion intel makes better chipsets and better drivers but I havent tried anything AMD beyond the x370 chipset.

It will be awhile yet before I trust an AMD chipset. Though, I am cautiously optimistic given recent events.
