This is a program that come with Dell pc`s I ran it on my pc and it has installed a raid bios in my original bios it seriously slows down startup... is the way I can remove it there must be a way I flashed the bios thinking that might do it but it didnt any ideas???? please

You can probably then safely uninstall the monitoring software as you would normally uninstall program.

It would have been nice to know what you did to troubleshoot this issue before you asked us. If those instructions do not work let us know what you have already tried other than that.

Thanks for that havent tried it yet but what happened was ....I installed the program and it completely messed up my system probably due to my lack of understanding anyway i formatted both my drives and installed win 7 on one really impressed with it so now i have my os on one drive and the other im using as backup thats what i wanted but as i say I have a raid bios in my bios and on startup I have to wait for it as it asks me to press ctr n I to enter raid configuration ok its only a few seconds but its a niggle if you now what I mean, someone told me if i remove the battery that will sort it out and return my bios to original state I just dont want to mess it all up again, thanks for you help much appreciated

Taking the battery out may sorta solve one problem and likely from the way you present things offer several other problems...now entering the BIOS and disabling the raid option will be the best solution...it seems you are an end user and not a tech which technically from what I see around here means you should actually be posting such problems on a different forum, being a newer member I really haven't bothered pointing this out but felt it should be stated so that you realize the degree to which we, or I, will explain things may be somewhat more limited than you might prefer.
