Should I get Intel Management Engine Components Installer
- New, version 11.7

or

Intel Management Engine Components Installer vPro
- Old, version 9.5

Unless there is a specific need for it.

I installed the newest one and it installed (showed the change in Device Manager):

1) PCI Serial Port
2) PCI Simple Communications Controller
