Input on my new website and suggestions for SEO.

Hello everyone,
I have been running my own business for about 2 years now on the side. I have a small clientele base with about 4 business and a bunch of residential accounts. Until now i have been working off word of mouth and now i finally want to start my transition from being an employee to being my own boss. i had the website below developed and it hasnt gone live yet. i would like some input and suggestions on what im doing right and wrong. I would also like to hire a SEO company to help me rank higher for more business.

I like it it looks very nice, also i would recommend not hiring a seo company unless they have an exceptionally good reputation. Theirs a local competitor in my area who uses an seo company and the mostly spam maximum PC with a bunch of links in comments
