Incredimail to Windows Live Mail

Does anyone know of a easy way to transfer mail from a computer using Incredimail to a new computer running Windows Live Mail? I found some shareware software but didn't know if I could do it with a freeware program or manually do it. Thanks for the help.

Dont know off the top of my head but Im pretty sure Thunderbird can import from Incredimail.

AFAIC its an equivalent solution for WLM. Might be a quicker / easier solution?
