Hey all

Ran a search for Inbay but showed no results (unless in a hidden discussion, I guess). I used them for the first time recently as I needed the extra help but cant yet justify an extra full-timer. The results have left me feeling more than a bit let down.

I guess you have to remember that no one is going to have the passion or commitment that you have as a business owner. However, they are there to do a specific job but things seem to get 'lost' when you are talking to someone who's first language is not English.

Anyone else used them?

Haven't used them. have you considered employing someone on a zero hour contract? I employed a lad who is on job seekers and is able to work up to 16 hours a week without affecting his payments. He was pleased to get the experience, some more money in his pocket. He was also more than happy to carry out the donkey work.

I took a look at them before as well, however when they took weeks to arrange appointment with me and follow up appointment are forgotten, I couldn't trust them to handle my clients for me.

We're in a pretty low population area and the choice of applicants (of those that were interested) was poor. I really didn't mind starting with someone that had no experience, just a modicum of common sense would do.

Inbay don't seem in hurry to do anything and didn't value my company's reputation in the slightest. I value it enough not to use them again. They were supposed to provide a White Label service but the result was anything but.

Are there any others to seriously consider out there apart from Continuum?
