ICO maker

Anyone know how I can do this? I need 1 file with all these sizes. Seems the sites can't do all of them in one file.

Supported are ICO files containing seven 8-bit and seven 32-bit depth images with resolutions 16x16, 20x20, 24x24, 32x32, 40x40, 48x48, 64x64 pixels (total 14 images)

Thanks for the offer but I figured it out. After posting this, I found a program called Easy PNG to Icon converter. It allowed me to do it in no time.

No problem but if you need batch work or things like that I have a PC made just for that type of thing it's made for aggressive image generation heck I generate 16 million color image packs with a tritone setup for people takes me 2 days the kits are made for charity yes 99.99% of the generation will never be used but the donators get to express themselves in their own way.
