IBM X305 Server fans needed

I am told 2 of the 4 fans in a IBM X305 rackmount server are not working. I am trying to find part numbers, and fan sizes, Google is not helping me. I have not cracked open the server, I usually work on home PC's, and this one is running a buisiness. But it is crashing, and I found out today 2 out of 4 fans are dead. Since freaking November!

Here is the info I got off the box: Type 8673-12X SN KP-KB617

Sorry, I don't know if the dead fans are case fans or on a sink.
