I have seen a bunch so far not impressed they are VERY bad nothing like the originals not even close for example Charmed they used baking soda to kill a demon give me a break baking soda???? really BAAAAAD.
Don't like new star trek either nothing even close to the original don't get me started on Star wars movies....
Nothing worth watching on tv any more.

"Charmed" is already re-made? Wow....I thought that was still a newish show (recalling my daughter watching it when she was a few years younger).

TV reboots to me...for example, Hawaii Five-0...not terribly bad remake of the original from 1968...I used to watch the original too!) Or...the recently redone Magnum PI (horrible...just horrible!)(I loved the original)

I recall saying on several occasions recently: image you went into suspended animation 20 years ago, woke up and turned on the the TV today. You'd think no time had passed at all.

Very few reboots pass muster for me. TV or the big screen. I don't really watch much TV, never liked much of the prime time offerings. But classifying can be tough. Such as 007 movies. Is it a reboot if they change who is Bond?

Dr Who
Are You Being Served (short lived)
Star Trek - probably the most successful cross platform in the history of broadcast.

lol @Galdorf new Star Trek sucks so hard it is another dimension.

Thats why I have netflix, sick of TV here - just reality show bollocks. I enjoy docos, so Netflix is heaven for me after an annoying day.

I enjoyed the KnightRider remake even though it was a big Ford commercial.

One show I hated to only go one season was Terra Nova. I wish Netflix would have picked it up.

Lost in Space remake on Netflix is enjoyable to me as well.

I dont watch TV anymore, too much sh*t on and nothing good. Cut the cord a couple years ago and never looked back. We have Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime and lets not forget, Youtube. For all that, I pay less the 50% of what the cable TV was. If I want to watch live TV (local channels) I just get on Hulu or go to the favorites in the browser.

We have a lot of favorites that we watch but one that comes to mind and is (to me) rather unique would be....

THIS IS US

I'm not sure what you could compare this to - except to "The Waltons" from oh so many years ago. But we really enjoy this show and even more so once we got over the continuos time-shifting.

Solution? Kill the TV. Hit these a$$holes where it hurts and stop giving them your money. If you keep paying for crap, that's what they'll produce - crap. I haven't personally had TV in over 10 years. I have Netflix, but I'm thinking about canceling it. All the movies/TV I need is stored on my hard drive. I suggest you do the same.

I don't understand why people actually pay for this trash!
Netflix, Foxtel, Stan, Presto etc would have to pay me to watch their rubbish!
The only (free) TV I watch is the Footy on channel 7/7Mate when it's in season and the occasional doco on SBS.
Just been watching the doco called "True Evil" about Hitler, Goebbels, Himmler and other Nazi creeps on Sunday nights..
Really interesting...

Other favorites original battlestar galacticia, lost in space the original and the time tunnel they don't make tv show like that anymore.

Just to clarify, Charmed was shot on 35mm in 4:3 frame-safe widescreen, and CBS is in the process of redoing the visual effects shots that were originally posted in SD. The first season is being released on Blu-Ray later this month.
