How would you deal with a customer like this?

hes already got that virus its called his KID. haha. Good for you though! You got to stand up to customers like that. I had some customer complainning how she spent $300 trying to fix her dial up modem.. she spent $240 of the bucks at another shop so i let her now that to me she has spent $60.
 
but isn't this why you got into business for yourself. To tell him F#$% off if you want to .)

Sometimes this is what you've got to do.

Once had a situation with a similar customer who then arrived at my house unannounced trying to hand me his laptop. I told him to get the f*ck off my property. Its a last resort but sometimes its all some knobs understand.
 
I want to thank you guys again for all of your support and suggestions. I already knew what to do but wanted to know how you would handle it and I know I did the right thing. This guy has tried on a number of occasions to get me to lower my price by saying I said one thing when I know I never did. One time his sister asked me how much it was for a PC Tune Up ( I charge $60 ) and he calls me up and asked me how much it would be to wipe out his sisters system and reinstall the OS. I told him that would be $90 so he says to me I thought you told her $50. I jumped on that one and I said no she asked for a PC Tune Up and my cost for that is $60 but you're asking me about something totally different and the cost is $90. He didn't like my answer and said he'll call me back...lol I've had a number of customers ask for a discount which I don't do unless I have a promotion on. Times must be getting tough if people are acting this way. In any case i'm a little long winded but wanted to let you guys know that I really appreciated the help.
