COAs can not be purchased separately

In the country where i m now , it is legal it is an OEM sticker.
I m in Argentina now

You might want to check on that again.

I tried to find this link in the Microsoft/Argentina website but couldn't find it.

I saw this instead.
I think it's all here.

Under:
COA de Windows preinstalado para equipos redistribuidos

With the help of Google Translate:

To confirm that you have an original operating system of Microsoft Windows, look for the Certificate of Authenticity (COA) affixed to the computer. COAs can not be purchased separately. The MAR Program COA includes the product name Microsoft, Windows XP Home Edition or Windows XP Professional, printed on the top of the label, together with a product key of 25 characters. The COA also includes the name of the redistribution of equipment and warning, "Only for use in equipment redeployed - No commercial value - for authentication purposes only."

I just thought you might want to know.

DISCLAIMER: My trick does not condone application to illegal activity, it is FYI only. (I just collect old keys from junk, dead systems)

Legality aside, this is my trick: I fill a snack-size Ziploc bag about 1/4 full of hot, near-boiling water. (Just hot enough that it doesn't melt through the plastic) I place it on the COA so it loosens up the sticky backing. After about a minute, it easily peels off and is ready to be stuck back onto some empty sticker paper. Ya know, like if you get a sheet of labels and just take off all the labels so the way back is left.

And if it's bare metal, a lighter on the opposite side (if its the side panel of the case) works too.

thank you so much for the trick.
it also works for ppl who want to upgrade their computer and use the same OS they had in the old pc.
i this case i have a laptop i hope it wont damage it. ( but the bag hot water tick.
i cant use the lighter here hehe )

Some countries have ruled that MS can not prevent you from selling your OS no matter what. Nice to see MS being told what is right.
