How to remove Anti-Spy Storm

Hi guys I need help with removing Anti-Spy Storm this pop-up keeps popping up on the computer to buy the software I cannot open Task manger because it is greyed out and I have two programs in start/all programs/startup that do not have a name by them. I have ran Clamwin and deleted the files it found nothing I have also ran Webroot Spysweeper it has removed all of it but it comes right back there are several programs in c:\program files; Acroon and two others that I can't rember the name of that are 180 kb I delete them and they come right back what is going and how do I fix I want to do a restore but Im not sure if that is an option for me.
