How to change POST Image?

You would have to flash the BIOS in order to change the POST image. There are many Asus boards that allow you to do this. Your best bet would be contacting the board manufacturer. If you don't get anywhere with that then theoretically you should be able to create a custom flash, but if you get it wrong the board is bricked.

While I cannot speak for the OP, I can tell you of 2 reason (sorta 1 but we'll say it's 2).

You could have the Dell logo pop up allong with www.dell.com, OR you can have your company logo with your website. While I would not wanna do this to a client's PC that I am servicing, I will do this to new PCs I built myself, and refurbished PCs.
