How much internet speed for teamweaver?

Hello, how much download and upload speed i need to use teamveawer for remote support ? (not file transfer) Which speed is more important, up or down ?
Is 10down/10up OK, if client has atleast same speed ?

I'm in a rural location with just 4 down and 1 up, and Teamviewer was fine when I used it. Haven't used it for a couple of years though since they started demanding your first-born as a down payment.

Async transmissions are where up and down are different which is typical of consumer connections. Since I'm mobile I'm often connecting while on the road. While it's not that great 1.5-2 is usable. Anything less than that and the latency is killer.
