How much do you charge for remote computer repair services?

I charge residential users flat $75 and Business users 100/hr. (Business users is considered server work).

I dont think this is the best plan as a lot of times I get people that just need audio driver reinstalled charging those users $75 could be considered a crime yes/no?

Whats your take/experience on the pricing system?

I charge 2/3 of what I do for onsite services.

Charge the normal rate but obviously your overall charge is less becasue you're not tied to the machine i.e. when it's doing scans etc.
