I am currently evaluating SimpleHelp.
I realize that since it is WEB based, the client needs a 'working browser', but, at this time, I am going to assume that is not an issue.
I must admit that I like the simplicity of starting a session.
I.E. the tech starts points his browser to a certain address and views the queue.
The client clicks on a link on your WEB site, Email, etc - Java starts and then shortly afterward, they are in the queue.
Every client that I have worked with during this trial says that it was extremely easy.
This technique can obviously be used to obtain clients where it is the first communication between the client and the tech.
My question is: have other members here found this technique generates revenue?
