Hosted VOIP recommendations?

Looking to price up a hosted VOIP solution for a small estate agent business, under 5 users. Main additional features are to take answer messages, redirect phones to mobiles. Anyone have any recommendations? Are these things hard to setup?

Someone has recommended Vodafone one but not sure if there are others I should consider.

I have been a VOIP partner with Vocalocity which is now Vonage Business. I can get you a good discount for your client if you are interested. Or if you are interested in becoming a partner I can get you pointed in the right direction.

Thanks,

VoIP isn't hard to set up. I use Pack net here in the UK and I haven't got any problems with them. Their tech support has been great when I have called and helped me out a lot on my first deployment.

We use Level365. For the most part the services and supported devices will be the same across providers. The difference is going to be support.

Cloud based I have been reselling through sherwebs.

Are they looking for in premise or cloud?

What platform is sherweb using, is it their own system or soemthing like Broadworks?

I started with 8x8 and Vonage but it's only time commission

Now I'm reselling VoipAccess.net.cloud base solution with monthly commission.
The platform is Asterisk hosted on Level 4 Data Centers located at Arizona and Milwaukee
Everything is flat rate including International call (optional) which make billing easy.

Sip trunks are VoipMS, Bandwidth and Vitality but we're slowly transitioning out of Vitality because VoipMS and Bandwidth is more reliable. But Vitality has been doing a lot of upgrade lately and it seems to be getting as good as it was before.

This is one advantage of VoipAccess.net. If a sip trunk provider is down, we can easily switch to another provider within minutes.
