So I know people have discussed previously the pros/cons of hosting exchange accounts (on-site or hosting professionally) however looking at microsofts site (http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/en-us/contact.aspx) it looks like hosted 25gig accounts are $5/month and unlimited sizes are $10/month.

Have any of you used this or know anything else about it? If you use this for your clients, how much of a markup do you do? is $5/month (markup) too much?

Office 365 groups it in, too; might check out getting certified as a MS Cloud Partner and keep the markups to a minimum, instead going for the kickbacks you get as part of the program.

Very little to be made on the mark up of BPOS/office 365.

Your better to get the client onto the cloud and sell them managed support off the back of the initial migration from a physical server.

We push the E3 version of Office 365.
It's 24 bucks per user per month.

I know people see the cheaper entry level packages..but getting clients to bump up to the E3 plan is actually easy.

First...a software assurance subscription to Office Pro Plus is included for each user. Software Assurance means you get the latest version as they come out. Look at the cost of Office Pro...spread that out over...oh, 3 years.

Unlimited storage

Full 24/7 support, unlike lower versions which have only "community support".

The fact that your kickbacks from Microsoft are higher from selling this plan...all the better for you.
