Eh the tariffs...most people know it's just part of the negotiation, the art of the deal, with Mexico and Canada the majority of it was not about the tariffs but other goals we needed to get them to do. Come out strong, aim high...expect low...and the end results is often something in the middle...better than expected low.
The markets have already climbed back a bit...reclaiming about half of what they lost just yesterday, since the "talks" went fairly well with Mexico and Canada. China..we've been on a downward spiral with them for over 10, 12 or more years....and it's going to continue to go downhill (no matter who is at our helm)...they have a big bullseye on America, they don't want to give us a big loving hug (they never have!), and they play the long game. This one may sting a bit...but...like ripping off a bandaid..it has to happen, eventually. No more kicking the can down the street.
