Has anyone made a tool that scans for installed AV

Then allows you to select any that was installed or has leftover registry entries and cleans them all out in one handy app?

ESET has a remover as part of its end point solution. It ID's any installed A/V and uninstalls it before proceeding with the endpoint.

I don’t know about combining it with automated detection but TechToolStore includes all the AV removal tools
