Hardware stress test tools

What are your go to tools for testing hardware? I've got a PC in the shop with occasional BSOD. Getting ready to slap in a new SSD and clean Windows 10. But I'd like to do a thorough hardware diagnostic. I thought some of my boot tools would have something but they don't, and it's not a Dell or other large OEM with built in diagnostic tools.

There are probably more sophisticated alternatives out there but I find HeavyLoad sufficient for most of my reliability/stress testing needs.

I use Intel Burn Test for CPU / RAM.

Whatever the MFG provides for the SSD.

We have the PC-Doctor diagnostic suite -there is a video burn-in. For processor hammering, we would use Prime95 I imagine. It doesn't come up that often. We do burn-in testing on every rig we build, and are SOP is to run the standard hardware suite on every computer that crosses the bench.

Don't forget FurMark for GPU.

But don't forget to locate dump files and save System Log from Event Viewer, sometimes you can find out pretty quick what caused an issue.
