All of a sudden the client iPhone and iPad are no longer able to connect to his business email account hosted by Google.
The iPhone by the look of it was setup to connect through Exchange rather than IMAP but he reckons it used to work. Thought Exchange was a MS thing?
He can log into his google account and access the admin dashboard as well but I could not identify an option to deal with the hosted email account for resetting the pwd.
I couldn't locate the option in the Admin dashboard to request support.
I enabled "Allow low trust apps" access (something along those lines), still didn't change a thing.
His computer through Outlook (O365) can access the email through IMAP (with imap.gmail.com/smtp.gmail.com) whilst the server on the phone was m.google.com.
He's now managing the account himself, though I think his ex had initially setup things originally.
Does phone support exist for Google since he's a paying customer?
