Google Local mistake

I thought I would ask the board about my most recent advertising dilema. As of recently I have noticed my Google Local listing when searching for "Edmonton Computer Repair" is showing my company as the very first item for local companies. Granted my website is actualy showing very far down on the search results but the local listings show as #1.

Curious as to why this was occuring I went through to look further at my listing. Apon inspection I noticed that someone posted a picture of a new office building being built in my city that just happens to share the root of my company name as its name. Icon tower has now added extra URL links to my local listing page and as such jumped my local listing to the top of the list.

So here is the question. Do I leave the error in place and see if the extra placement helps my ROI or do I research a way to have the off topic picture and links removed? I tried to go in under my Google account to remove it but if it is possible I did not see how right off the bat. Admittadly I did not look to deep so if the option is burried a little I would not have spotted it.

I suggest you find a way to remove it as soon as possible.

I think I'd better build Hearthstone Tower soon and get it on the Google Map!

Seriously though, what great luck you got there! Go with it!

I have tried looking over everything I have the ability to edit and I cannot remove that picture of the reference to Icon Towers. I have looked through the google help section for google places and they mention reporting a problem directly from the listing. When attempting to do so the "report a problem" item from the "more" dropdown is grayed out.

I have edited the listing a little my removing my residential address and including my service area for on-site, which lowered my listing to 3rd now, but I know that extra placement is only because of the Icon Towers addition which I still cannot see how to remove.

Heck, I'm still trying to get listed on Google Maps. Only way it comes up is if I search for my company name. I want to just search for computer repair and my city and have it list on it.
