Not sure if anyone else had this problem, but I seem to get a lot of hits from Google ads, I got 112 sessions over the course of a couple months, not bad for the $30 I have paid them.

But seems like all that action is going to waste, I show that 55 of them went to me contact page but never do anything. I though maybe its broken or something, but I went there myself and sent emails fine.

Has anyone had this? What did you do to convert them and get them to contact you?

What I am trying:

I'm taking out the subject section they have to fill out, as I'm thinking some might get confused by this. And I was reading the less the customer has to fill in the better.

I'm also putting a mini contact me section on every page, as data shows you will get more hits from doing this.

Also, maybe a possibility there is a bug on the page, but I just haven't noticed it. But going to double check.

I just doubt 55 people went to that page and just decided not to fill it in, at least I hope there all not that lazy haha

Sadly, it's just the nature of the beast and most websites are not built for converting customers. I'd recommend you do a squeeze page with some kind of offer or something like an email subscription. This way, even if they aren't ready, you can still capture their information for future marketing. You also need to be sure you are directing them to the right page on your website. If someone is googling computer repair denver, co and you send them to your home page that talk about all your services, they might get lost. Though a squeeze page is the best solution, if you don't have a squeeze page, at least send them to a page specific to computer repair and encourage them to make an appointment, request a price quote, sign up for a coupon, etc. You want a clear call to action.

Hope that helps!

Kind of the Gist of what the one page marketing plan is getting at. Reading through it now, hard to target one group though. My ADD kicks in I should build this haha.

Here's my site: http://sinntechnologies.net/

Going to finish up the contact forms in the center of my footer. Then going to finish the book. Think I'm going to make individual pages for each produce and sell them on it.
