[SOLVED] Gmail Won't Let Me See All of Company's Email Folders

Solution: I had Google G-Suite Legacy and it is ending so I switched to Zoho Mail Lite, which ended this issue.

Got Gmail on an iPhone. Logged into personal and business emails. Can see all my personal email's folders, but cannot see my business' folders, particularly sent - and my deleted emails are not in the trash.

Business emails is Google Workspace that I had before Google started charging for it.

The answer to your question is dependent on which app on your iPhone you're using for email. One way is using the stock iPhone mail app that is set up using the Settings app on your phone. The Mail app is blue with a white mail envelope symbol.

Another way is to use Google's app for Gmail.

No longer an issue as I deleted my Google G-Suite Legacy email address and switched to Zoho Mail Lite.
