How do I get a Acer Aspire 3650 to boot to CD.
I have tried the F12, ALT+F10, F2 (to access the bios boot order.)
I have googled the issue to no avail, Thoughts…

Ok so here we go... A older client brings me his Acer laptop and tells me the the HDD is dead and he wants to replace it with a larger one. I tell him ok, quote the price for the services and off he goes happy as a clam. I get the laptop in the shop, and boot it to bios... (this is where it gets fun. ) The bios is password protected, so I check the paperwork again just in case I missed something. Nothing on the paperwork for the bios pw, so I call the client and he says it’s his kids name plus the year of birth.
Ok, try that but no go. Now I know that after 3 times you place a bad password the system locks up and you must restart the system. I thought that it should also give me a code in brackets, but this one does not. I have tried the usual back door passwords for Phoenix, and it still don’t work.
System Information:
Acer Aspire 3651WLCi notebook
Phoenix TrustedCore BIOS Version 1.50
