Amazing i had been having alot of trouble sleeping as of late saw Ad Astra put me to sleep in mins slept right through to middle watched another 10 mins put me right back to sleep till the end.

My insomnia is such that the more think about sleeping, the more I try, the worse the problem gets. I'll be able to get some sleep if I put it completely out of mind. If I take a sleeping pill, I will be tired and sleepy but will never be able to actually sleep. My mind actively defies me.

saw Ad Astra

I really wanted to like that movie. The science is just so......bad. Plot holes you could drive a school bus through. Pointless side stories. Completely random martian underground (LIQUID!) lake. I sure hope they had to fire 4 successive writers or something because wow - just wow.

I lost the ability to sleep without drugs a long time ago. I combine Atarax and Trazodone at the moment...hypnotic sleeping pills (lunesta, ambien et al are bad news).

I started taking Siberian ginseng wow after a few doses the amount of rem sleep has tripled i use to wake up at the drop of a pin and take hours to get back to sleep.

I found a cure... got a bump on the head a few years back causing a concussion. Until recently, I have slept much better.

Would the supplements they sell on Amazon work for this? I don't know a thing about it. Was just curious.
