Foot meet Mouth: Most Embarrasing Moments

I have one, right now and I am probably not going to do anything about it, but am cringing inside!

Last night I was sending out some requests to clients for marketing blurbs for my website. I thought I was being smart and copy/pasting...and forgot in 2 of the next emails to take out the current clients info.



One client emailed back and asked who "XXX" was, they are not in the same business as "XXX" but my OTHER client is in the same industry and usually I get emails back fast from her....nothing today. I saw the email and cringed!

How horrifying. And I'm sure she knows of that company.

LOL!!!! Sorry Lisa I just have to laugh about that. The perils of copy and paste.

I remember back when Apple had the original Mac's and we had Mac Write for producing training documentation (1985). Instructors, myself included, would occasionally have and ID ten T moment and copy and paste the wrong thing. Same issue a couple of years later when I moved into sales in Houston. More than once I mailed out proposals with the wrong Dear xxxx.
