Flood of spam messages, malware disguising as well known programs

For those that use Gmail, is anyone else getting a bunch of new spam messages? I got about eight of them over the last eight hours. All of them point to sites where the downloads (malware) are disguising themselves as popular programs. Gmail is doing a great job of snagging them. Not a one made it to my inbox!

Nothing new as far as the malicious sites go but it seems like someone has began a big campaign.
