Entrepreneurs don’t have a special gene for risk

You're absolutely right. You can't tax a business. But you can tax those who benefit from that business. You can also legislate so that those in charge of businesses are fully legally accountable for the actions carried out under the leadership.

I recently watched a very good TED Talk about this very issue, from an unapologetic capitalist who understands what is happening, why its bad, and how to fix it. It's well worth a watch (about 20 minutes long).
