I wasn't able to see the screenshot but if using the update driver button in device manager didn't work for you.. also visit your computer manufacturer's web site (unless custom built) for instance if you have a dell computer go to their site and find the driver downloads. Type in the model of your computer and it should list all the drivers you need for that model.
