Im sure a majority of shop owners here advertise on Dex or yellow-pages or your phone book of choice. But specifically Deknows sales reps im finding a bit shady. I have one sales rep who has called me close to 20 times this last month alone trying to get me to meet her at coffee houses to close a deal. I hate high pressure sales like this i think it is something that irks me to no end. I always blow her off stating let me think about it I'm busy. I wanted to try their services at first just signing up for what they call a Starter Pack. This is just a basic web presence on their site that will get you listed on the first page. It was $42 a month. I cave in today and email her back saying go ahead lets start the paperwork on getting this done. She sent me a PDF with a Write in of a start date and end date at the top, a blank middle, then the TOS at the bottom where i sign. The TOS states i had read the contract and agree to their terms but there was no contract? I asked her what i was supposed to be reading for the contract and she said "I KID YOU NOT" ""no one has ever asked me that before?!"" Does anyone deal with dex here that can assure me on using their services? Because im losing faith in this quickly.
