Does anyone remember the name before connectwise, maybe in the early 2000's?

ConnectWise is ConnectWise.
Continuum is Continuum.

Thoma Bravo bought both, and forced the latter to merge with the former. They aren't the same original organizations.

The product before ConnectWise was called LabTech.

Depends on which product you're asking about. Connectwise is a company.

For example, If you're talking about ScreenConnect, it was originally "Elsinore ScreenConnect". Then purchsed by Connectwise and called "Connectwise Control" then renamed back to ScreenConnect.

If you're talking about their RMM, or MDR, or SIEM, those are other acquisitions and former names.
