Disabling windows 10 driver updates

Hi guys
Have got multiple machines on windows 10 and the automatic drivers are screwing different functions for different customers
I have tried the hardware manager do not install updates, I’ve tried the two registry entries
“ExcludeWUDriversInQualityUpdate”and the “search control” entry
I’ve tried 10shutup and wu10man

nothing works! All are on 1903 windows 10 home - any suggestions please? One customer now has a gaming pc that can’t game because of the automatic updates

Doesn’t work ... I’m 5 reloads in on this machine
I resolved it by installing windows 10 and creating group policy to disable ALL driver installation, not acceptable though
