Dell 4700 circuit breaker

I don't know anything about this breaker, but I'm curious as to its location. I have an old 4700 as one of my bench machines (please hold the laughter). It has an E210882 mobo - if you have the same, can you point me to the breaker, please?

Hi, Dan. Don't know if this is the same board as yours; can't find a name on it. But this breaker is behind the sata ports. It's black plastic, about half an inch long, fourth inch wide, fourth inch high. You can see the top of the can set into the plastic. Saw something about it in a review sometime back or I'd never have guessed what it is; the only time I've ever heard of a breaker on a board.
Took the thing apart after I broke it off; three tiny metal pieces fell out of the can so it's probably just mechanical, but I can't be sure of that because one of the pieces looked like it might have a silicon layer. Too small to be sure.

Hmmm, so THAT's what that little thing is! I'm now working on a Dell XPS series machine that has one of those on the board, and I was wondering what the heck it was. It looked like something that could be moved or opened, but I didn't want to apply more than a tiny amount of pressure to find out. Sorry, but I have no idea what to replace that little rascal with.

As nearly as I recall you're supposed to be able to turn the thing off and on.
Guess if I can't come up with any info I'll solder in something like a two amp fuse and smoke test. This old machine is not that bad, relative to the junk I deal in_it's a 3.4 p4. Around here that's high speed! And right now I have two people begging to pay me $200 for these old machines; just don't have anything to sell right now because freak circumstances have kept me from the auction the last two months. A couple of weeks ago I picked up an old Dell 2400 with a small and large lcd for $60 at a yard sale; in 3 days had it and the small lcd sold for $175. I know that's nothing to some guys but for me it's all good.

Mystery solved
Thanks to some guys on Badcaps this mystery has finally been solved: the " circuit breaker " is not a circuit breaker; it's a 32.768khz oscillator. Where the review folks got the idea it was a circuit breaker I can't imagine. Sure had me running around in circles.
