Lol i made 4 copies of the usb key i told them to put it in a safe place and they lost all 4 and they didn't write down the password or recovery key i told them to do that.

Had one in last week, she had her kid lock the laptop with his MS account, Booted to a bitlocker screen. all I needed to do was login on another PC using the link above and it gave me the unlock code to put in the laptop.
