HI,
Does any one here use crossloop for remote sessions? Is it good to use or are there better ones out there? The main feature I like on crossloop is the payment page and the page to organize all workstations. Is it good for logging in remotely to my clients servers?

If there's better software out there similar could you recommend please.

Thanks,

Noel

Although others have said it before, I'll just pipe in and tell you to stay as far away as possible from this one. I had a horrible time with it.

Croosloop is resource hog, use Teamviewer

Croosloop is resource hog, use Teamviewer.

I do support for my family in China and brazil with teamviewer no issues.

Thanks, can i ask what troubles you had with it?

Well my biggest issue as mentioned above is that it is a resource hog and super slow. In fact, during a few of my tests, I wasn't able to get connected at all. The best way to test remote control software is to call you grandma and see if you can talk her through getting connected. If you can't do it in less than 10 minutes, that software is out. I'm being totally serious here.

My other big issues are the lack of any kind of branding and crappy support, but the other issue above is the main one.

I like crossloop above most others. LogMeIn is personally the best, but not worth the price for me yet.

I do agree it can hog a bit, but the most recent update seems to work great, and I can also use it on my Thrive to remote into peoples machines.

I would recommend crossloop to someone who needs a god tool for a good price.

Myself I am going to try touchmypc.com, they give a two month trial and so far it seems simple enough, 50.00 monthly after that.
