I have an issue with Crossloop and users who are not Admins on the systems. I do not have the exact errors in front of me, but I am assuming it has to do with user right to files and or folders...

Has anyone come across this and if so what folders or files need full access to allow Crossloop to run.

Thanks

Vista or XP?

I have this issue with Vista. I switched to a program called UltraVNC single click. Works really great. No admin issues. You create your own remote access file to send to clients via zip file and all they have to do is double click and you approve their connection. Instant access to their desktop. It is worth your time to create it and is not difficult. Just google ultravnc single click and you are on your way.

XP...

My issue is there are several computer behind a firewall and i really do not want to port out each machine...

I will need to look into it more...

Thanks

With singleclick vnc the only ports you'll have to open is on your end not theirs. Simplifies everything and is easy to use.

You could....You would have to create a bat file or something and have it autostart on reboot. Basically it will autostart the singleclick.exe the user initially used to connect you two together then have it to a send mouse click or whatnot after it loads to press the connect button. I have been wanting to test this but have not had time to set it up yet.

Can you boot into safe mode with singleclick?
