Crazy facebook issue ...

Client calls, can't get into his facebook business page. I login and sure enough, open it up in chrome and get the error:

This page isn’t working
www.facebook.com redirected you too many times.

• Try clearing your cookies.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Which ends in facebook.com/pages/manage

Tried a bunch of troubleshooting including incognito mode, and different browsers.... same issue.

I attempted to login to his Facebook account on my own computer in chrome, and low and behold, I also have the same issue with his Facebook on my own computer.

When I try to login to his Facebook account through edge it just repeatedly cycle redirects between: various page including

https://www.facebook.com/HISFBPAGE
https://www.facebook.com/pages/manage
https://www.facebook.com/business/dashboard/
https://www.facebook.com/upgradeaccount/?next=https://www.facebook.com/HISFBPAGE

The only way to stop this is one of two ways:

1.) After you receive the error manually type in the address bar: https://www.facebook.com/home

Which takes you to a semi-blank page that allows you to click news feed which then gets you into your account eventually.

OR

2.) Downgrade from the new facebook layout to the old one by manually going here after logging in: https://www.facebook.com/upgradeaccount/redirect/

The problem with that is FB only allows you to use the old layout for 48-hours and they are discontinuing the layout.

Any ideas here or is this a call to customer service at FB?

As it is happening on more than one PC it is obviously a FB problem. Good luck. FB is pretty much a black hole.
