I am trying to evaluate CommitCRM during their 30 day trial.
I am finding that the report writer is really buggy or there is something very fundamental that I do not understand.
Can anyone using CommitCRM assist me with the following (please)?
In the calendar dispatcher, I can click on an appointment, click on 'Manage Email Templates' and I have access to the ticket #.
If I click on 'Reports' then 'Calendar' I assume that I would have the ticket # available to me also.
This is because I think that I am looking at the same data but just want to present it in another format.
However, it is not available as a single field. It is only available (at least that I can see) as part of a much larger field.
Am I missing something or should I move on to another product because CommitCR is just too buggy and aggravating?
