I'm sorry I'm sick and my brain isn't working I just installed whatever comes with the default installer for O365 which I'm pretty positive is x86.

Alright thats what I figured, I had tried outlook 64bit in the past and it felt like I was alpha testing a product, I wasnt aware it was to be avoided.
