Hello Technibble,

It's been ages since I've been around...but anyway I just got back into developing my website more and I recently found Clickdesk. Clickdesk allows you to put a live chat on your website, and using skype or gchat you can talk to any potential clients. There is a free version, allows up to 50 chats a month. Thanks for the info! I tried both Comm100 and clickdesk and ended up going with clickdesk because of the easy wordpress installation. It is worth noting that you can't use Skype on the free version.
 
Hey thanks OP for letting us know about this wonderful service.

I just tried ClickDesk and wow it's awesome. It works with Google talk, Google apps email and chat, and even Skype (for paid plans).

Don't know about comm100, but I tried Olark. ClickDesk sounds like a deal with Skype integration and VoIP calls (I signed up for their $1/90days trial program).

I'm currently using Zopim using a Wordpress plugin and from what I can see Clickdesk is very similar, although I do like the idea of the social integration features.

Comm100 looks okay although compared to other chat software, the 'starter' pricing seems more expensive than most.
