Well ... it took me almost a year to offload 350 endpoints off Kabuto and onto Gravityzone but I've done it. There is nowhere in the Kabuto account settings to cancel your account. There is no where to remove your payment information. I submitted a ticket to support@repairtechsolutions.com last week and never got a response back. I called the only number they have on their website (805) 242-0648 and it goes straight to a Cell Phone's voicemail.

They are of course will billing me monthly even though they have completely abandoned the product.

Any other ideas anyone?

I sent a "To whom it may concern" email to support@repairtechsolutions.com
I was contacted by Aneesa who canceled my account and also removed my CC details from their records.
It was quite a bit easier than I thought it would be.
I just had to provide the email address I used to sign up with.

Kabuto was a nightmare I want to forget.

I was legit thinking about Kabuto last night. I just logged into my account right now because I hadn't logged in about 4 years or so when I finally just canceled the product.

I was one of their biggest supporters. I was on the front page of their website too. haha. Their billing was an absolute mess and the instant sync never fixed issues that they always claimed would do. Once they merged with Repairshopr and became Synchro Kabuto died indefinitely.

I just sent an email and it got picked up by Zendesk ... same as their online form ... well see

Well ... I was going to call Synchro to see if they had any options for me but I decided to stop wasting time.

I called my Bank and had them dispute the last 4 months of transactions from Kabuto totaling $740.

F em.

I'll also get a prepaid visa and try that out too for my annual renewal which happens in November. There is no way to remove your card off their website. You can only add a new card.

I would say a full week is a perfectly reasonable time frame to grant for basic support on a mission critical application...

Oh wait... no it's entirely TOO LONG and they need to be shown the door.

LOL ... They just got back to me on the Ticket ... literally right now! My account is closed but I'm still going to try and get 4 months of disputed transactions from them.
If their response is that bad for Kabuto I wonder how long on RepairShopr.
